Want to be a part of our compassionate team of clinicians and professionals? We’d love to hear from you!

Who We're Looking For

We treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis. We realize it’s not our job to “fix” anyone — it’s our job to create a compassionate space for open, non-judgmental expression of thoughts, feelings and behaviors so that we may understand the unique story of each client and create a customized treatment path that allows for new behaviors, skills, approaches and perceptions.

While historically, our practice has centered around Dialectical Behavior Therapy treatment, we have grown and expanded our offerings through various other specialties (brought in by our talented therapists) with the goal of treating the whole person effectively, realizing that sometimes requires creative combinations of modalities and wellness practices.

We value relationships above all else and operate with integrity, open hearts and open minds. If that sounds like a fit for you, we’d love to chat and see if it’s a match.

What It's Like To Be On Our Team

“I’ve known Kevin for years and Becca is absolutely wonderful to work for. I can’t imagine someone else running the office. Her background and personality is great. I’ve never worked somewhere where people were so nice and the mission was so good. There’s nothing bad that comes out of what they do here.”

We're Seeking:

Licensed Therapist

We are in search of a compassionate therapist to join our team. Although our practice has traditionally focused on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) treatment, we have broadened our scope to encompass additional specialties introduced by our skilled therapists, notably in complex trauma and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Our objective remains to provide holistic and effective care, acknowledging that this often necessitates innovative blends of therapeutic modalities and wellness techniques.

Don't See What You're Looking For?

We’d love to hear from you.

We are always looking to meet passionate, talented, knowledgeable people. We’re also open to expanding our practice to offer new services, so long as it aligns with our mission of treating the whole person with a non-judgmental approach.
