If you’ve been referred to us or have a service recommendation and prefer to expedite the process without initial questions, you can click below to register as a potential client by creating a portal profile and filling out our pre-intake form. Once you have registered and completed the assigned documents, the paperwork will be reviewed and you will be contacted in approximately 48 business hours.

Rates & Insurance
Initial 60-Minute Assessment: $200
45-60 Minute Session: $150 to $170
Group Therapy Session: $80
We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Please make checks payable to Columbus Counseling Group.
Many times, insurance will cover some of your costs. We accept several insurances at this time. To ensure coverage please call your insurance company prior to your first appointment and to see if your clinician is an in-network of out-of-network provider.

Whether you’re making a referral or you are ready to become a client yourself, we’ll help you to get started.
Because everyone’s situations and needs are different, we customize the onboarding of each new client. We’ll have you fill out a brief online form and we’ll reach out to get you or your referral client informed and scheduled for the first session.
