As a patient myself, I hate dealing with insurance and healthcare industry, so I put myself in the client’s shoes and want to make it as easy for them as possible and make them feel as welcome as possible. They’re not just a customer of our practice, they’re dealing with some heavy stuff. I go to bat for them.
My Story
My professional background is in convention and meeting planning for trade associations. I would negotiate contracts with convention centers and with caterers and sound professionals.
In my role at CCG, I interact with clients at the front desk and on the phone. In person, I think it’s important to smile and make eye contact, to acknowledge everybody and make them feel comfortable.
One of my strengths is being empathetic. When following up with insurance companies, I’m also very persistent in going after improperly or underpaid claims.
I’m passionate about driving my art car. I’ve been going to festivals and parades for over 20 years. It’s a moving work of art!
