Whether you’re working through the past, feeling stuck in the present, or hoping to build a healthier future, you don’t have to do it alone. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where real change can start.
My Story
I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about their struggles without fear of judgment. My goal is to create a collaborative, supportive relationship where clients feel heard, challenged, and empowered to make lasting changes that align with the life they want to live.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision designation (LPCC-S), I have experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, ADHD, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and emotion regulation. Throughout my career, I have worked in both community mental health and private practice, helping individuals with a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to identify practical tools that create meaningful, sustainable change.
I have a particular passion for helping individuals heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, establish healthy boundaries, improve self-esteem, and navigate recovery from substance use. I also enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, codependency, ADHD, and major life transitions. My style is warm, genuine, and interactive, balancing empathy with honest feedback while helping clients build insight, resilience, and confidence.
Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
Whether you’re struggling with painful experiences from the past, feeling stuck in the present, or simply wanting to create a healthier future, I strive to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, discover your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.
