Individual Therapy
We provide individual therapy for a variety of issues, including but not limited to borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, dissociation, trauma, eating disorders, addiction and life-transitions. Our therapists use various evidence-based treatment methods including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Art Therapy.
Standard DBT Treatment Program
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured and evidence-based therapeutic approach designed to help individuals struggling with complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Our standard DBT program consists of both individual therapy sessions and group skills training sessions. Additionally, phone coaching is available to provide support and guidance during times of distress between sessions.
Young Adult Standard DBT Program
Specifically tailored for young adults ages 18 to 24, our standard DBT Program includes a track to meet the unique needs and preferences of individuals in this transformative stage of development. This program maintains the same structured approach as our standard DBT program while providing targeted support as well as offering peer connection.
Personalized Consultation
Personalized consultation or coaching with Cheryl Hamilton, offers a valuable opportunity for parents, caregivers, partners, family members and friends to gain essential tools and skills tailored just for you. In a safe, supportive environment, you’ll learn evidence-based strategies to better understand your loved one and your unique family or relationship dynamics. Together, she will work with you to develop a customized plan that incorporates effective validation techniques and clear boundaries, empowering you to practice these skills in real-life situations. Family & Friends Education & Support
Originally developed for family and friends of individuals in our DBT program, we have enhanced our program to include classes, small group sessions, and personalized coaching. Our expanded curriculum aims to provide additional support for loved ones seeking to deepen their understanding, strengthen connections, and effectively support individuals struggling with BPD or other emotion dysregulation challenges.

A nonjudgmental, person-centered approach that meets the individual where they are at in their recovery journey in order to create a safe place to explore and learn about their eating habits.
Substance Use Disorder Treatment
For individuals struggling with alcoholism, drug use and addiction, it often feels like they’re completely stuck. Trauma treatment, shame resilience, Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and several other evidence-based treatment modalities have yielded transformative results.
Professional Consultation
We are a team of highly trained and experienced clinicians who offer individual and group supervision and consultation in the specialties of DBT, EMDR, Sensorimortor Psychotherapy, trauma, and eating disorder treatment.
Yoga & Reiki
Utilizing multiple modalities such as Reiki, yoga or other movement, essential oil therapy, and breathing exercsises to address the symptoms that generally accompany disease, injury and stress.
